Spring Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026
The academic year 2025/2026 odd semester began in July with the period of UKT payment, her-registration, and IRS filling. August is filled with New Student Admission activities, PKKMB, and the start of lectures on August 25. Academic evaluation and UTS activities are scheduled for September-October, followed by the 180th graduation period and Undip Anniversary commemoration. Lectures end on December 12, followed by UAS until December 24, and closed with the year-end graduation.

Even Semester Academic Year 2025/2026
Even Semester FY 2025/2026 starts in January with a schedule of UKT payment, her-registration, and IRS filling. February was filled with the 181st Graduation Ceremony and the start of lectures on February 9. March to April is the period of study evaluation and UTS, as well as the implementation of the 182nd Graduation Ceremony. Lectures end on June 5, followed by UAS until June 19, and closed with the judiciary process and score entry at the end of June.
